Pack Securely
Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging with all included manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure full credit eligibility.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Inspection and Refund
